First I had to brake for this bird in our driveway coming home from work. It then flew and almost smacked into the big cruiser boat. It landed in the fruit trees and liked what was there. I came out with camera instead of gun or Gunny. It didn't even do the nervous clucking when I approached. I don't think this bird will live long when the guys get home or Gunny gets him.

Maybe it wants to be a pet. You could try.
I tried that once with a morning dove. Springer bird dog smarter. I'll feed it until.

Grouse...Partridge in a fruit tree...good in wild rice hotdish. Just didn't feel like real hunting. Big Mike missed a deer again tonight. He brought home twig with his arrow in it tonight.
